All Nature Talks Back apparel is made to order through our fulfillment partners. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production

  • Additional shipping time depending on destination and carrier

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

Please note:

  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates

  • Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and customs may affect delivery timing

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout

Nature Talks Back is not responsible for packages delayed by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible within a short window after purchase.

If you need to update an address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference

  • Ordering mistakes

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

we will gladly make it right.

To request assistance, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Approved issues may qualify for:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Refund


Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • Allow up to 48 hours for delivery scans to update

If the issue continues, contact us and we will do our best to help.
